“I moved to Vancouver in 2003 with a backpack and almost nothing to my name. I was fresh out of University and just starting my life. I knew three people here, all chosen family, who gave me the confidence to make the leap. In my first week, I walked to my barista job near English Bay and stopped at a payphone to call my mom, amazed that I was living beside the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by the most beautiful landscape I had ever seen. I have built my life here, and I became a REALTOR® to help other people root themselves here too.”
