As a respected leader in the field, Connie is deeply committed to raising the standard for client experience and continually improving the real estate industry. They have volunteered as a member of the Real Estate Board’s Education Committee, where they helped develop an inclusion course to improve professionalism in the field and is a long-standing member of the Professional Standards Committee, contributing to the advancement of integrity and best practices within the profession. Connie was also a co-founder of Launch Harvest Grow, coaching and mentoring realtors at every stage in their career. Furthering their commitment to real estate and community, Connie and Realtor Alison Gorman operate Your Queer Realtors, serving members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community navigating the Vancouver real estate market.
